Since 1990, WWMG’s Lake Serene Clinic – Family Practice has provided same-day appointments and primary care services to patients in the Lynnwood community. Voted #1 by patients for “Overall Rating of the Provider” in the Puget Sound Health Alliance Survey, the team takes pride in their holistic approach to healthcare.
What makes Lake Serene Clinic different?
The clinic is owned and operated exclusively by nurse practitioners (ARNPs). These are advanced level nurses who bring a comprehensive perspective to healthcare.
ARNPs encourage preventative care, promote health education, and diagnose and treat patients with a partnership approach to care. The compassionate practitioners at Lake Serene Clinic believe in treating the whole person—using evidence-based approaches to help patients overcome physical, mental, and emotional challenges that affect their health.
Because the practitioners don’t have patient quotas, the appointment times can last longer than they would in a traditional setting. This ensures that patients get all of their questions answered and receive the personalized attention they deserve. Furthermore, once a patient begins working with a specific provider, the ARNP develops knowledge of that person’s ongoing medical history to better customize their care.
Finally, because Lake Serene Clinic is part of Western Washington Medical Group, the practitioners can consult with a large network of specialists and refer patients to them for additional care if needed.
Are same-day appointments available?
Absolutely! Another great aspect of Lake Serene Clinic is their appointment flexibility. Open 8am – 8pm Monday through Friday, as well as some holidays, they see patients for primary care, or same-day appointments for more immediate matters that aren’t serious enough for the Emergency Room.
