Every year the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics sponsors National Nutrition Month® to inform and educate the public about good nutrition. The campaign is all about food choices, good eating, and physical activity habits. You will find a wealth of information on their site at Eat Right, including games and quizzes for kids and more information on My Plate–a visual to food group portions. You can learn more about nutrition for children and there is also a Spanish language resource section.
