For Patients

Telehealth

WWMG offers Telehealth appointments at most of our clinics. Please understand that not all appointments can be done by telemedicine, and that we offer in-person visits also.

For in-office appointments: If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, and traveled in the last 14 days OR have had close contact with a person with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, please call us before coming to the appointment. In some cases your appointment may be changed to a Telehealth visit.

How to connect with your provider for a Telehealth appointment:

Telehealth appointments are conducted through our Epic software system (MyChart). If you have a Telehealth appointment, you will receive instructions shortly before your scheduled appointment via MyChart or email. If you do not receive instructions, please call your provider’s office at the number listed below.

How to schedule a Telehealth appointment:

To schedule a virtual visit, please contact your provider’s office by phone, or fill out our online telehealth appointment request form at the bottom of this page.
