Dr. Jimenez has dedicated his career to evaluation, treatment and  clinical research involving many aspects of Rheumatology, including rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus,  other autoimmune diseases, and non-inflammatory conditions such as hypermobility syndrome, osteoarthritis, and other diseases.

He was a founding member of The Seattle Arthritis Clinic, where he functioned as President and Medical Director. Dr. Jimenez currently serves as a clinical associate professor of medicine at the University of Washington.

After escaping the Midwest, Dr. Jimenez has spent his leisure time pursuing typical Northwest activities, including hiking, mountaineering,  fly fishing, biking and boating. He leaves the horseback riding to his wife and two daughters.
