“I joined the practice in Everett in 1988 and I am the medical director of GI at Providence Regional Medical Center and for the WWMG Endoscopy Center. My interests are esophageal disease and GE reflux and biliary and pancreatic disease. I’m married to Jane, and we have two daughters. We all enjoy cooking and traveling.”

Dr. Loura was born in California and attended the University of California San Diego for medical school. He completed his fellowship at the University of Michigan.

Through a partnership with WWMG, Dr. Loura provides diagnostic and consultative services at Island Health in Anacortes.
