WWMG’s patient portal is now MyChart! The MyChart patient portal is user-friendly and convenient. MyChart keeps all of your health information one central place accessible from any device.

If you send a message through MyChart, please note it may take a few days to receive a response. If you have an urgent concern, please call your WWMG clinic directly, or use the Contact form on our website.

If you have an emergency or life-threatening issue, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.

Important Update: MyChart Messaging

Effective April 1st, 2025, responses to MyChart messages that require more than 5 minutes of your provider’s clinical time may be billed to your insurance. Charges could range from $5 to $155 depending on your insurance plan, copay, coinsurance, and deductible. Self-pay rates may range from $25 to $120.

When to Expect a Charge:
Messages requiring medical advice, such as new symptoms, medication adjustments, chronic disease management, or flare-ups, may incur a charge.

No Charge Expected For:
Prescription refills, appointment scheduling, follow-up care within 90 days of recent surgery, or messages that require only a brief response.

For Immediate Attention:
If your concern is urgent, please contact your provider’s office directly. For emergencies, call 911 or go to your nearest ER.
