Can I choose my healthcare provider?

When making your appointment with our primary or specialty care centers, you may request a specific provider and all efforts will be made to fulfill it, but availability of specific providers is not guaranteed. All WWMG providers meet high standards of practice and quality. For any provider you see at WWMG, rest assured that you will be in good hands.

What do I bring to an appointment?

As a general rule please bring your ID, insurance card, and payment method (to cover your copay or coinsurance) to your appointment. You will be contacted by a representative of our care centers if there’s anything additional you need to bring with you to your first visit.

Currently masks are optional for patients, visitors, and staff in all WWMG clinics. Thank you for respecting each person’s choice.

WWMG’s masking policy is set in accordance with the Northwest Healthcare Response Network, and is based on rates of COVID-19, influenza, and RSV in Snohomish County. More info>
