Western Washington Medical Group is excited to announce the opening of our new specialty care center in Bellingham, which will provide Cardiology, Pulmonary, and Sleep Medicine services to patients in Whatcom County. The new office opened on September 12, and is located at 470A Birchwood Ave Bellingham, WA 98225.
The goal of WWMG’s expansion is to extend our current services northward to serve patients in the Bellingham community and beyond with high-quality, personalized care. WWMG has served patients and their families since 1993, and is the only locally-owned multi-specialty medical group in the Puget Sound region.
WWMG’s board-certified Cardiology physicians specialize in treating patients with issues such as heart disease, hypertension, heart rhythm problems, congestive heart failure, stroke, and other heart concerns.
Our board-certified Pulmonary physicians diagnose and treat disorders of the lungs and respiratory system, including asthma, sleep disorders, lung cancer, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, chronic cough and more.
“As a trusted local healthcare company, we are committed to providing state-of-the-art, evidence-based healthcare that is both cost-effective and personalized for our patients, from Bothell to Bellingham” said WWMG’s Chief Operating Officer Joe Smecker.
Our Pulmonary & Cardiology location is now accepting referrals from primary care and other specialties. Patients may also call directly to request an appointment with one of our providers.
